Some Awards & Recognitions: 2001-Present

In recognition of over 19years of lifelong commitment to helping humanity, the Office of the President of the United States of America awarded Princess Modupé Ozolua the US President’s Lifetime Achievement Award on February 19th, 2023. 

Princess Ozolua received a certificate, letter and ceremonial pic from The White House personally signed by President Joe Biden.

Leading Ladies Africa organization recognized Princess Modupé as one of Africa’s #100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria. 

She was honored for pushing boundaries, impacting the world in the most meaningful and powerful ways and #BreakTheBias of gender inequality and negative stereotypes that prevent women all over the world from becoming their best selves. 

His Excellency, Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) bestowed and Princess Ozolua the historical nomination of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Honorary Consul in Nigeria. 

This is the first time a Nigerian ever received such an official appointment from the mineral wealthy country. 

In 2019, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, Texas (USA) issued an official Proclamation declaring Princess Ozolua's birthday, October 10th, the Princess Modupé Ozolua’s day in Houston to recognize both Empower 54 and her contributions to humanity. 

In 2019, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, Texas (USA) also commended Empower 54 and Princess Ozolua’s commitment to providing humanitarian assistance through health, education, empowerment,

and IDP/refugee programs to underprivileged people.

In 2016, Governor Nathan Deal issued a letter of commendation and support to applaud Empower 54's charitable efforts. 

He also stated that, "Empower 54 is an example of how one organization can truly make a difference in the world. I look forward to seeing the positive impact this organization will have on the State of Georgia and our nation."

On the behalf of members of the Atlanta City Council and behalf of the citizens of Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Congressman Kwanza Hall presented Princess Modupé and Empower 54 an Official Proclamation for service to humanity from the City of Atlanta, 

The City's Council and Atlanta extend its friendship and solidarity for their humanitarian good works. 

The global brand, Elle Magazine (South Africa)   compiled a list of incredible African women that continue to challenge the status quo, brake glass ceilings and raise bars to new heights.

Princess Modupe Ozolua was recognized as one of 50 African women who shape the African Continent in the special spotlight titled #TheIncredibles

In 2015, global brand, Elle Magazine (South Africa) recognized some courageous business women in the African Continent for their acute business acumen.

The Phi Theta Kapa (Alpha Pi Epsilon) Honor students’ society membership is solely based on academic excellence across the United States of America (USA). 

Princess Modupé was inducted in 1995 while at SouthWestern College, San Diego, California where she earned her Associate Of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated with Honors.

The Dean's List is a compilation of all students across the United States of America with excellent GPA on their various academic institutions Dean's list. 

Princess Ozolua was recognized for her academic excellence on page 420 of this national publication. 

In recognition of Princess Ozolua pioneering cosmetic surgery in West Africa at 27 years old and revolutionizing the beauty and health sectors in Nigeria; ThisDay Newspaper Awards recognized her pioneering leadership, courage and business savviness.

The Board of Trustees of  the African Fashion Week, Toronto recognized Princess Modupé's contributions to Africa and awarded her the award of Global Humanitarian in 2019 in Toronto, Canada.

Compliments of the Honourable Federal Commissioner of the Nigeria National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and IDPS, Hajiya Kangiwa, in recognition of Princess Ozolua and Empower 54's work with IDPs in North East Nigeria.
